Paper Mache

When we did Paper Mache we needed to get newspaper, glue and balloons to make it. We had to do dip the newspaper in the glue and stick it on the balloon. Some of the balloons popped while we were putting the glue on the balloon.

Some people struggled with putting the wet newspaper on the balloon without it slipping off the balloon. When people finished they would help people by cutting up newspaper.

Some people did finish the paper mache.  Some people didn't finish the paper mache and got in trouble.  It was hard and messy when we did it.  Some people were almost  finished the work.

We had to do two layers of newspaper to put on the balloon. Everyone was messy with the glue. Miss Murray was very frustrated because people needed glue every second of the time that we were with Miss Murray in the art room.

I thought it was very fun, easy and messy all at the same time.  Miss Murray said the older you are the worse you are at it hahahaha.  We only had the one lesson to finish the paper mache.

Once it had finished and dryed off we can paint them to decorate.
